Job Description: Salesforce Developer

Here's What You'll Bring To The Table:
  • 2+ years of experience and proficiency with the developer toolkit, including Apex, Test Classes, triggers, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, IDE, and Migration Tool.
  • 2+ years of experience and proficiency in SOAP- and REST-based web services, XML, JavaScript, and SOA design principles.
  • Proficiency with ETL concepts, synchronous and asynchronous messaging, and strategies for communicating between loosely coupled systems.
  • Strong object-oriented development skills, such as Java.
  • Familiarity with integrated development environments, such as Eclipse.
  • Familiarity with the release management process.
  • Take business requirements/architecture and create fully functional, production-ready, stable, scalable, and readily usable Salesforce platform application following best practices and using the latest technologies
  • Prototyping and implementing core business logic, web services, and database automation design for internal and public applications
  • Work with internal IT teams to prepare technical specifications from which programs will be written, and other integration activities to ensure success on all projects.
  • Groom product backlogs to prepare for development, validate clear user stories are ready for development and ensure the development teams are delivering in accordance with standards and agreed on schedules.
  • Integrating with SOAP and REST APIs including custom web services and popular APIs (Google, Amazon, Bing, Salesforce, and more)
  • Developing libraries, services, packages, applications, and APIs for both our internal corporate users and our customers.
  • Contributing to the development of reusable components and frameworks
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends and industry best practices
  • Developing sales process automation tools (CRM, ECM, CPQ, etc)
