How to Access the Salesforce Success Community From Your Mobile Device (Apple Only)

If you're serious about Salesforce, you are likely leveraging the Success Community to connect, collaborate and learn from others.

I love the Success Community, and depend on it significantly.

Many people don't realize that accessing the Success Community from your mobile device is actually pretty simple - but it seems like very few people know how to do it.

In this article, I will walk you through the steps to access your favorite groups, and feeds from the Success Community on your favorite mobile device.

Step 1: Download the Salesforce Events mobile app for your favorite Apple device.

Note: Sadly, although the app is available for Android, the features listed below are not currently available on the Android operating system.

Step 2: Log in to the Salesforce Events app using the same login credentials that you use for the Success Community.

Step 3: Your screen should look something like this one.

Press on the menu icon in the upper left hand corner, if you are interested in seeing some past, current and future Salesforce events.

Step 4: From any event, press on the Feed option on the bottom (right hand portion) of the screen.

Your screen should update to look like this.

Step 5: Select What I Follow to reveal multiple options. Select Groups.

Step 6: You can now see all of the groups you have joined in the Success Community.

Select any group in order to see the current feed for that group.

Ta-da! You're done!

If you enjoyed this tip, make sure to pass it along to your colleagues. They will thank you!
