How to Create Your Own Default Email Signature in Salesforce

Did you know that each user can create their own default email signature in Salesforce?

Yes, when using the Send Email function, when crafting a new custom, blank email - you can have a default email signature appear automatically on the bottom of your email.

Simply follow these steps and you'll be on your way in about 30 seconds.

  • Click on your name (in the upper right hand section of the screen), and navigate to Setup
  • Select Email > My Email Settings
  • Add your Signature in the appropriate box (see screenshot below for reference).
  • Press Save
  • Do the happy dance and then brag to all of your co-workers!
