How to Create Email Templates in Lightning Experience

I bet that you often find yourself creating nearly identical emails to send out to customers and prospects, to:
  • follow up with a voicemail you just left them;
  • provide them with a status update for a Customer Service issue;
  • reach out regarding an outstanding invoice;
  • inquire if they are interested in moving forward with a new deal.
Wouldn't it be great if you could set up "cookie cutter" template emails that you can access from Salesforce and further customize before sending it out?

Well, believe it or not, this functionality is available in both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience.

In this video, I'll show you how you can leverage this feature without breaking a sweat.

While watching this video, just think about how many hours you will be saving yourself over the coming weeks and months.
