How to Find Your Scheduled Reports in Salesforce

As a Salesforce Admin, every once in a while you will need to see all of the reports scheduled for email distribution across your organization.

How do you quickly find this information?

Although creating a report to easily identify these scheduled reports is challenging, here is a quick way you can get the information you need:

Simply navigate to: Setup > Monitor > Jobs > Scheduled Jobs, as shown in the screenshot below.
