Fall in Love with Your Nonprofit on Salesforce

About a week ago I posted an update on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook), sharing about a Salesforce rollout Selina Suarez and I recently did for a small nonprofit that provides bread to needy families.

Here's a screenshot of my Facebook post:

As of January 6, 2017, their first Salesforce-integrated fundraising campaign raised over $38,000 - with details on each donation and donor being captured automatically in Salesforce!

My initial post generated many calls, private messages and other offline inquiries of people asking me how nonprofits can leverage Salesforce, which payment processing system we utilized, and how we connected donations on their website to feed directly into Salesforce.

I realized that most of my friends were already involved in several charitable organizations, but never considered how Salesforce can be used to track donors, donations, volunteers, constituents, events and various initiatives that are typical in most nonprofit organizations.

The follow-up conversations and inquiries inspired me to post this article.

Here you will find some valuable resources providing further insight on how nonprofits can leverage the Salesforce platform and how you can get 10 FREE Salesforce Enterprise Edition licenses for your favorite nonprofit.

If you're working for a nonprofit and already use Salesforce, you will learn how you can tap into additional Salesforce features to introduce more automation into your organization.
