Salesforce Winter '18 Release: Calendar Sharing

True collaboration is more than just being able to interact with colleagues regarding customers and prospects.

Simplicity and efficiency is introduced throughout the organization when colleagues are able to schedule meetings with customers and prospects on your behalf.

Being able to see your availability on your calendar is one key step towards this level of collaboration.

Being able to actually schedule a meeting with a customer on your behalf, and having it appear on your calendar is even better.

Now, with the Winter '18 release, in Lightning Experience you can enable your colleagues ability to schedule meetings on your calendar, while choosing who should see details of your existing calendar items.
